Nicki will assist you with developing skills and methods to reduce suffering and boost mastery by utilizing mindfulness, cognitive challenge, mood regulation skills, and values inquiry. She will assist you in understanding the resources you already have within and around you, as well as incorporating new abilities to help alleviate worries and connect with your beliefs and aspirations.
